L’Accord de Don ou le Compact : Presentation et composantes.

This Millennium Challenge COMPACT (the “Compact”) is made between the United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a United States Government corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of the Republic of Mali (the “Government”) (referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).

A compendium of capitalized terms defined herein is included in Exhibit A attached hereto.
